Disassemble transmission.

Remove bearing race (1) of differential from front section of transmission housing.

 The oil deflector below the bearing race (1) is destroyed here and must be replaced.

Heat up transmission housing front section and bearing race (1).



 Dispose of oil deflector below bearing race (1).

Remove bearing race (2) of differential from rear section of transmission housing.

Install new oil deflector below bearing race (1).

Install bearing race (1) of differential in front section of transmission housing.

 Use tool "B" from  tool kit 700 589 06 63 00 and tool "Q" from  tool kit 700 589 07 63 00.
