Removing

1 Pull tapered roller bearing outer race (3) out of rear section of transmission housing (4) using internal extractor (2) and countersupport (1).

Aid of helper required.

Install

2 Position tapered roller bearing outer race (3) on the insertion device (5).

3 Position insertion device (5), as shown, on the rear section of the transmission housing (4) and insert the tapered roller bearing outer race (3) using the insertion device (5) all the way.
