1 | Remove left or right rear axle shaft | ||
2 | Using a suitable tool, pry radial shaft sealing ring (1) out of transmission (2) | Do not damage the sealing surface on the transmission (2) as otherwise leaks may occur in the area of the radial shaft sealing ring (1). | |
Installation: Use drift to carefully drive radial shaft sealing ring (1) into the transmission (2). The radial shaft sealing ring (1) must lie flush with the transmission (2). | |||
