1 | Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key | ||
Danger | Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. | Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. | |
2 | Raise vehicle | When removing the clutch actuator 2 (M15). | |
3.1 | Remove charge air pipe | Model 453 with engine 281.910 with transmission 700.41 | |
3.2 | Remove intake manifold | Model 453 with engine 281.920 with transmission 700.41 | |
4 | Release and disconnect electrical connector of clutch actuator 1 (M14) or clutch actuator 2 (M15) | ||
5 | Unscrew screws/bolts of clutch actuator 1 (M14) or clutch actuator 2 (M15) | Bolt, clutch actuator to transmission | |
6 | Pull out clutch actuator 1 (M14) or clutch actuator 2 (M15) | ||
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
8 | Parameterize electronic transmission control again | ||
