Removing, installing

Remove the lower insulation coating

Raise the engine

 Raise the engine until the bearings and supports of the engine are released from the load of the engine weight

Remove the tank (5) from the accessory-holder (7) with the coolant pipes and separate it.

with air conditioning (Code H06)

Unscrew the screws (8) of the front engine bearing (2) in the accessory-holder (7)


 Screw (8) can be reached from below through the accessory-holder (7)

Unscrew the screw (3) of the front engine support (1) in the engine bearing (2)


 Replace the self-locking nut (4)

Withdraw the front engine bearing (2)

Check the engine bearing and replace if necessary

Remove the rear engine support (9)

Unscrew screws (8) of the rear engine bearing (12) in the accessory-holder


 Screws (8) can be reached from below through the accessory-holder (7)

Withdraw the rear engine bearing (12)

Check the engine bearing and replace if necessary
