Remove

1

Remove voltage of high-voltage on-board electrical system.

Remove high-voltage battery

Support the front axle major assembly carrier (1) with a hydraulic lift in a suitable place.

 Place the hydraulic lift as close as possible to the retaining plate (5).

Remove nuts (2).

Remove screw/bolts (3).

Unscrew screws (4) and remove retaining plate (5)

Remove nut (6).

Remove screws (7d) and remove bearing at rear (8).



Install

Position a new bearing at rear (8) in the front axle major assembly carrier (1) and screw in the screws (7).

Attach nut (6)

 Nut, rear bearing to transmission tunnel reinforcement

Place retaining plate (5) in position and screw in the screws (4).

 Screw, retaining plate to main floor

Screw in screws (3).

 Bolt, retaining plate to bearing at rear

Install nuts (2).

 Nut, transmission tunnel strut to retaining plate

Remove the hydraulic lift.

Install high-voltage battery
