| Remove/install | ||
1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
2 | Remove air intake pipe (6) upstream of air filter housing (7). | ||
3 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (1) from fan unit (2). | ||
4 | Release fan unit (2) at the top from the air duct segment (arrows A, B). | ||
5 | Pull fan unit (2) at the bottom out of the brackets (arrows C) and upward out of the engine compartment. | Installation: Ensure correct seating of the fan unit (2) in the bottom and top guides (arrows A, C). | |
6 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
7 | Read out and delete fault memory. | ||
