Detach/attach air duct segment on radiator unit

 Caution

Risk of injury caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts

Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.

Disengage catch hooks of the right air duct segment (1.1) from the right cooler bracket (2.1) and remove right air duct segment (1.1).

 Installation: Insert guides of the right air duct segment (1.1) and engage catch hooks.

Disengage catch hooks of the left air duct segment (1.2) from the left cooler bracket (2.2) and remove left air duct segment (1.2).

 Installation: Insert guides of the right air duct segment (1.2) and catch hooks.

Disengage catch hooks of the top air duct segment (1.3) from the cooler unit (5) and remove top air duct segment (1.3).

 Installation: Insert top guides of the air duct segment (1.3) and engage catch hooks.

Disengage catch hooks of the bottom air duct segment (1.4) from the cooler unit (5) and remove bottom air duct segment (1.4).

 Installation: Insert guides of the bottom air duct segment (1.4) and engage catch hooks.

Install in the reverse order.
