Remove/install

Remove transmitter key and mains plug

Carry out enable of high voltage system

Only for removing coolant lines (2, 3, 4).

Remove high voltage charger control unit (N24/3)

Only for removing coolant lines (3, 4).

Drain off coolant

Loosen screw clamp (5) from the coolant line (1)

Loosen clamp (6) from coolant line (1)

 Hose clamp pliers

Detach coolant line (1) from cooler (7) and from the electric drive and high voltage charger coolant pump (M46)

Disconnect high-voltage line (10) from high voltage charger control unit (N24/3)

Disconnect quick coupling (8) from the coolant line (2) from high voltage charger control unit (N24/3)

Loosen clamp (9) from coolant line (2)

 Hose clamp pliers

Detach coolant line (2) from radiator (7)

Loosen clamp (11) from the coolant line (3)

Detach coolant line (3) from the electric drive and high voltage charger coolant pump (M46)

Disconnect quick coupling (12) from coolant line (3) from drive electric motor (M5)

15

Disconnect quick coupling (13) from the coolant line (4) from drive electric motor (M5)

 To detach the quick coupling (13), press bracket (14) in the area of the quick coupling (13) upwards.

Install in the reverse order
