1 Remove refrigerant line (2) holder to radiator unit (1).
Only with AC system in front end, code H03.
2 Disconnect charge air hoses (3, 4) to radiator unit (1)

3 Remove air intake pipe (5) on air filter housing (8) cover.
4 Disconnect electrical connectors (6)
5 Remove air intake hose (7) to air filter housing (8) cover.

6 Remove nuts (9) and bolts (10) on radiator unit (1).
7 Pull forwards radiator unit (1) carefully.
When pulling radiator unit (1) to front no radiator hoses or component should damage.
8 Secure radiator unit (1) on right and left between front section and radiator unit (1) using a suitable spacer blocks (arrows).
9 Fasten in opposite order
