Remove/install

Remove the fan cowl.

Release tension from poly-V belt and remove.

Remove oil filter cover (2) from oil filter housing (1).

 Collect oil that drips out with a suitable rag.

If the oil filter housing (1) is reused,



replace sealing ring on oil filter cover (2).

Remove the bracket (3).

 For this purpose, remove bolts (4).

 Bolt, holder to oil filter housing and cylinder head cover

Remove screw/bolt (6).

Remove the oil filter housing (1).

 To do this, remove the screw/bolts (5).
Collect escaping engine oil.

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket.

Engine damage can occur otherwise.

If the engine oil level is not correct,



Correct engine oil level.
