Remove ground line at battery

Remove poly-V belt

 Do not remove poly-V belt completely.

Disconnect electrical connection (7)

Remove electrical line (3) at alternator (1)

 To do this, raise contact protection (3a), and unscrew nut (4).

 Nut, electrical line to alternator

Remove electrical line (5) at alternator (1)

 To do so, unscrew nut (6).

 Nut, alternator to crankcase

Remove stud bolt (8)

 Stud bolt to crankcase

Remove screw/bolt (2)

 Upper screw/bolt, alternator to major assembly carrier

Remove alternator (1) upwards

Install in the reverse order

 Headless screws/bolts: screws/bolts and nuts, coarse-pitch thread
