1 | Turn off the battery negative cable. |
2 | Loosen the screws (1) and lift out the regulating assembly with brush holder. |

Check roller bearing play
4 | Slacken the belt tension. |
5 | Check bearings play. |
Force alternator pulley in the radial and axial direction. There should be no play. |
