Remove poly-V belt

Remove poly-V belt for supercharger

Detach refrigerant compressor

Only vehicles with code I01, Air conditioning Plus (with outside temperature indicator) (FFO).

Place refrigerant compressor to the side with lines connected.

Disconnect plug on turning angle sensor (1)

Do not damage locking tabs as otherwise the connector will no longer be locked into place.

Installation: Ensure that the plug locks in position.

Detach clamps (2, 3)

Remove air intake line (4)

Remove bolt (5) and water connection fitting (6)

Remove nut (7) on starter (M1) and remove line (8)

Lay line (8) outside working area so that removal from starter (M1) is not obstructed.

Pull out the plug (9) on the starter (M1)

Remove bolts (10) on transmission housing

Remove starter (M1) upward

Pull starter (M1) out of transmission housing and swivel outwards through cutout on the transmission housing (arrow).

Install in the reverse order
