1 | Unplug connector (4) at EGR switchover valve (Y12) | ||
2 | Slacken clamps at connections (1), (2) and (3) at EGR switchover valve (Y12) | Installing: fit on new clamps | |
3 | Detach hose at connection (1) at EGR switchover valve (Y12) | ||
4 | Detach vacuum hose at connection (2) at EGR switchover valve (Y12) | ||
5 | Detach vacuum hose at connection (3) at EGR switchover valve (Y12) | ||
6 | Take EGR switchover valve (Y12) off the bracket | Apply pressure to spring (5) and at the same time take EGR switchover valve (Y12) off the bracket | |
7 | Install in the reverse order |
