 	Remove/install
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1	Remove turbocharger		AR09.40-D-6020NB
2	Unscrew nuts (2) from exhaust manifold (1)		*BA14.10-P-1001-01A
3	Take off exhaust manifold (1)
4	Remove gasket (3)	Installation: Replace seal (3).
	Checking
5	Check studs (4) for damage and loose seating	 Replace damaged studs (4) and loosely tighten studs (4).

	Clean
6	Clean sealing surfaces at exhaust manifold (2) at cylinder head	 Do not use any sharp-edged or pointed objects for cleaning sealing surface at cylinder head.
7	Install in the reverse order
