Removing and installing

Remove the air filter box

Slacken the screws (1) of the poly V-pulley (2) in the coolant pump


 If fitting use dolly 

Remove the poly V-belt

Remove the poly V-pulley (2) from the coolant pump

Remove the spring lever (8) and the tension spring (8)

 Pay attention to the installation position: Insert the tension spring with the paint mark upwards

Remove the damper (4)

 Check that the damper works and replace if fitting
 Installation: Before installing a new damper, this must be ventilated by operating the piston rod several times in installation position
Installation position: Piston rod downwards


