1 | Remove front bumper | ||
2 | Remove charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler (1) at charge air cooler (1) | ||
3 | Remove charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler (1) at charge air cooler (1) | ||
4 | Unhook cable (2) for hood latch and place to one side | ||
5 | Remove front end crossmember (3) | To do so, remove the screws/bolts (4, 5). | |
Screw, front module carrier to crossmember | |||
6 | Remove side air duct segments (6) | ||
7 | Remove upper air duct segment (7) | ||
8 | Remove both locks (8) | ||
9 | Remove both holders (9) | For this purpose, turn bracket (9) through 90° and remove upwards. | |
10 | Remove charge air cooler (1) | To do this unlock lock (10) and swivel up the charge air cooler (1). | |
Installation: Charge air cooler (1) must audibly engage. | |||
11 | Install in the reverse order | ||
