Remove exhaust gas recirculation cooler

 Remove screw/bolt (8) to do this.

Remove exhaust gas recirculation line (1)

 Installation: Replace seals.

 Bolt, exhaust gas recirculation line to bypass flap

Disconnect electrical connection (3)

Remove valve (4)

 The connections are not disassembled.

Remove screw/bolts (2)

 Screw/bolt, charge air pipe to charge air distributor

Unscrew screw/bolts (9)

 Installation: Observe tightening procedure of screw/bolts (9).

Remove charge air pipe (5)

 To do this remove electrical wiring harness (6), lay down to the side and remove charge air pipe (5).

 Installation: Replace seal.

Install in the reverse order
