Remove/install charge air pipe on charge air manifold

D09.41-0001-01

1 Slacken hose clamp (3) on charge air hose (2).

Inspect condition of hose clamp (3), replace if necessary.

Remove/install charge air pipe on charge air manifold

D09.41-0009-01

2 Remove bolts (4) on oil filler neck and bolt (5) on air intake hose.

Installation: Observe tightening torques.

Remove/install charge air pipe on charge air manifold

D09.41-0002-02

3 Remove bolt (6) on bracket and bolts (7) on charge air manifold.

Installation: Observe tightening torques.

4 Pull out charge air pipe (1) from charge air hose (2) and remove upwards.

5 Take off seal (8).

Installation: Replace gasket (8).

6 Install in the reverse order.
