1 | Remove intake hose (1) | ||
2 | Remove heat shield (2) | ||
3 | Remove air cleaner housing (3) | ||
4 | Remove intake hose (4) | Remove together with crankcase ventilation hose | |

6 | Remove charge air hose (6) | ||
7 | Unbolt front exhaust pipe (7) at turbocharger | | |
8 | Unbolt brackets (8, 9) of front exhaust pipe | ||
9 | Remove oil feed line (10) of turbocharger | Installation: Seals must be replaced. | |
10 | Take off return flow line (11) of turbocharger at crankcase | Installation: Gasket must be replaced. | |
11 | Unbolt turbocharger (12) at the exhaust manifold | | |
12 | Remove turbocharger (12) | Rotate turbocharger slightly when removing | |
13 | Thoroughly clean hose clamp connection points | If connection points are not cleaned, charge air hoses of pipes may jump off during operation | |

14 | Install in the reverse order | Inspect engine oil level before starting engine | |
15 | Run engine and check for leaks |
