Remove electric line from the holders (2, 3, 4) on the heat shield (1) for the exhaust gas turbocharger and place to one side.

Remove screws/bolts (5) .

Pull exhaust gas turbocharger's heat shield (1) out of the retaining tab (6) and remove.
