Detach, attach oil return flow line to turbocharger

D09.40-0054-01

1 Remove hexagon socket head screws (2) on oil return line (1).

Installation: Observe tightening torque.

2 Remove oil return line (1) and seal (3) from turbocharger (4).

Seal off hole on turbocharger (4) using a plug.

Installation: Replace seal (3).

3 Remove oil return hose (5).

Check hose clamp on oil return hose (5); replace if necessary.

4 Install in the reverse order.
