| Notes on avoiding damage through contamination and foreign objects | ||
| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove engine cover | ||
2 | Remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter | ||
3 | Remove hose (1) for crankcase ventilation system at cylinder head cover | ||
4 | Disconnect electrical connection (2) and unhook | ||
5 | Disconnect electrical connection (3) | ||
6 | Remove air intake pipe (4) | ||
| Notes on installing air intake hose on turbocharger | ||
For this purpose open clamp. | |||
Installation: Check sealing ring, replace if necessary. Check correct seating of the air intake pipe (4). | |||
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
