2 | Detach air intake hose (1) at air cleaner housing (6) | ||
3.1 | Detach intake hose (2) to compressor | Only engine 602.985, 904.904/908/914/923/936 | |
4.1 | Detach overflow hose (8) at air cleaner housing (clamps A) | Only engine 602.984/985 | |
5 | Remove retaining bolt on left (4) at air cleaner housing | Pull off retaining clip (5) | |
6 | Pull air cleaner housing (6) together with radiator expansion reservoir (7) out of radiator unit | Raise air cleaner housing and pull out to the left | |
7 | Remove expansion reservoir retaining pin (9) and place expansion reservoir (7) down in vehicle at the side with hoses connected. | Pull off retaining clip (10) | |
8 | Install in the reverse order |
