Discharge air conditioning system.

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2  m).

Disconnect electrical connector (2) from the pressure and temperature sensor (10).

Disconnect electrical connector (3).

Remove the nut (4).

 Nut, refrigerant line to expansion valve for high-voltage battery

Remove refrigerant line (5) from expansion valve (1).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Plug openings.

 Installation: Install new sealing ring and coat with compressor oil.

Remove nut (6).

 Nut, refrigerant line to expansion valve for high-voltage battery

Remove refrigerant line (7) from expansion valve (1).


