Remove/install

Drain refrigerant circuit.

Disconnect electrical connection (2).

Remove pressure and temperature sensor (1).

Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths

Socket wrench socket 24 mm

 Installation: Wet sealing ring (3) with compressor oil.

 Pressure and temperature sensor to expansion valve for high-voltage battery cooling system

Check

Check sealing ring (3) for damage.

Depending on the findings,



replace pressure and temperature sensor (1).

Install in the reverse order.
