Wear protective gloves, acid-resistant clothing and safety glasses. Pour battery electrolyte only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. | |

2 | Unclip catch (arrow) and disconnect connector (1) of heated O2sensor (R22) | ||

3 | Raise vehicle with lifting platform | ||
4 | Unscrew heated O2sensor (R22) | Apply heat-resistant lubricant to thread of heated O2sensor. | |

6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
7 | Read out fault memory of PEC control unit, erase if required | Refer to ENGINE DM |
