 Installation: Replace the screw/bolts for clamping claws (1).

Remove cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y76/29), cylinder 2 fuel injector (Y76/30), cylinder 3 fuel injector (Y76/31) and cylinder 4 fuel injector (Y76/32)

 Install new sealing rings. Coat injector shafts with special grease.

 During removal mark the sequence. The injector classification with the diagnostic system must be re-entered into the fuel injection system control unit otherwise.

Clean

Clean cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y76/29), cylinder 2 fuel injector (Y76/30), cylinder 3 fuel injector (Y76/31) and cylinder 4 fuel injector (Y76/32) and injector wells

Install in the reverse order

Connect diagnostic system, read out fault memory and enter injector classification in the CDI control unit

Only when replacing cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y76/29), cylinder 2 fuel injector (Y76/30), cylinder 3 fuel injector (Y76/31) and cylinder 4 fuel injector (Y76/32).


