Remove/install

Perform commissioning of the ME-SFI control unit (N3/36).

If a new ME-SFI control unit (N3/36) is installed.



Release and disconnect electrical connectors (1, 2).

 To do this push in respective catch (3) and open lock (4).

Open retaining clamps (5), pull ME-SFI control unit (N3/36) in the direction of the arrow out of the retaining clamps (6), and remove ME-SFI control unit (3/36).

Install in the reverse order.



Risk of burn injuries, suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.

Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
