Remove/install

Disconnect electrical connection (2).

Remove air intake pipe from hot film mass air flow sensor (1).

 To do this loosen clamp.

 Installation: Check clamp for damage.

 Clamp, air intake pipe to hot film mass air flow sensor

Depending on the findings,



Replace damaged clamp.

Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (1).

 To do this, remove screws/bolts (3).

 Installation: Wet sealing ring with lubricant. Check sealing ring.

Special lubricant

*BR00.45-Z-1055-06A

Depending on the findings,



Replace sealing ring.

Install in the reverse order.

Initialize hot film mass air flow sensor (1).

When replacing the hot film mass air flow sensor (1).



Connect/disconnect diagnostic unit
