Remove lower engine compartment paneling

If installed.

Disconnect electrical connection (2)

Remove position sensor (1)

Remove screw (3) to do this.

Screw/bolt, crankshaft position sensor to crankcase

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory with diagnostic device

Connect/disconnect diagnostic unit
