3 | Clean high-pressure pump in the area of the fuel temperature sensor (1) with cold cleaning solvent and dry with compressed air. | Cold degreasing agent/cold cleaning solvent HAKU 1025-920 | |
4 | Remove fuel temperature sensor (1). | Seal bore in fuel high-pressure pump. | |
Remove any paint and dirt particles, especially from the bore in the fuel high-pressure pump. | |||
Installation: Check sealing rings of the fuel temperature sensor (1) for damage. | |||

Install new fuel temperature sensor (1). | |||
5 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
