Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.
Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.

Remove

1

Remove valve springs.

Remove the valve stem seals (1).

 Dispose of valve stem seals (1).

 Pliers

Check

3

Check surface of valve stems for roughness and ridging.

If roughness and ridging are present,



Replace affected valves.

Remove/install valves

Install

4

Install new valve stem seals (1) with drift.


