Remove valve springs (3).

Close compressed air valve of the assembly device(01) and disconnect compressed-air hose from assembly device(01).

Remove cylinder head(1) from assembly device(01) and remove valves(6).

General information on checking valves, valve seats and valve guides

Check surface of valve stems for roughness and ridging (visual inspection or with nail).

If there are problems,

replace corresponding valves (6).

Install in the reverse order.
