Remove/install

Remove the camshaft positioner of the intake camshaft.

Remove bearing pin (5).

Detach upper slide rail (6) from bearing pin (7) in upward direction and remove.

Check

Check upper slide rail (6) for wear and damage.

If upper slide rail (6) is damaged.

Replace upper slide rail (6).

Install in the reverse order.
