Remove the camshaft

Clean the tappet (3) with a clean cloth

 The tappet must be oil-free

Removing the tappet (3) with the manual vacuum pump (4) and a vent


 Do not use a magnet!
Due to the magnetization of the tappet, minute iron shavings may accumulate causing damage to the tappets and the cams.
 Assembly: Re-install the tappet in the same position

Check the basic hole

Check the surface of the basic hole for marks and damage, if appropriate. 

Replace the cylinder had
