 	Removing, installing
1	Remove air cleaner housing		AR09.10-S-1150B
2	Slacken bolts (2) for belt pulley (1) on coolant pump	Engine 601.970  Use counterholder if necessary 

3	Remove poly V-belt		AP13.22-D-1381A
4	Remove coolant pump belt pulley (1)	Engine 601.970
5	Position piston of cylinder 1 at TDC	Crank the engine by the crankshaft	AR01.00-S-0120B
		 The woodruff key points upwards
6	Install blocking device (7) for crankshaft/starter ring gear		AR03.30-S-5000B
7	Unscrew central bolt (6) with washer (5)		*BA03.30-N-1001-01B
			*001589650900
		Installation: Oil washer (5) and thread on central bolt (6). Observe installed position of washer (5). If no torque angle wrench is available, the central bolt (6) can be torqued further by the specified angle in a single operation using a wrench and tommy bar.  Do not use a flexi-torque wrench for tightening to torquing angles in order to avoid any angle errors
8	Pull off belt pulley/ vibration damper (3) or (4)	If the belt pulley/vibration damper is stuck 
		Pull off belt pulley/vibration damper	AR03.30-S-1600-02B
		 Engine 601.942	*000589883300
		Installation: The groove in the belt pulley must be aligned with the woodruff key in the crankshaft.
	Check running surface for front crankshaft radial seal ring for scoring	If there is a noticeable score mark from the radial seal ring 
		Replace front crankshaft radial seal ring and install in repair position	AR03.20-S-3000B
9	Install in the reverse order	If there are problems with axial or radial runout 
		Check belt pulley/vibration damper for axial and radial runout and replace belt pulley/vibration damper if necessary	AR03.30-S-1600-01B

		 When replacing the belt pulley/ vibration damper 
		Check adjustment of TDC sensor and adjust TDC sensor if necessary	AR03.00-S-1101A
