Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Remove left air filter housing.

 Installation: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.

Remove charge air hose (1) from exhaust gas turbocharger.

Remove purge line (2) from valve (3) and place to one side.

Remove expansion reservoir of the low-temperature circuit and place to one side with connected lines.

Remove screws (6) and remove filler neck (4) from cylinder head cover.

 Installation: Replace seal and wet with lubricant.

 Bolt, filler neck to cylinder head cover

Reuse form seal (5) and cap of filler neck (4).

When replacing filler neck (4).

Install in the reverse order.



Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.

Perform engine test run. While doing so, check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
