Remove/install cylinder head at crankcase

Lifting device

Install the lifting device (2) and remove the cylinder head (1).
In order not to damage the installed injection nozzles, lay the cylinder head (1) on its side.

Remove the gasket (3).

Clean and check crankcase upper face.

Install new gasket (3) on the upper face of the crankcase, fitting it perfectly into the guides (4).
Observe the correct assembly position of the gasket (3).

Install the cylinder head on the engine so that it fits neatly into the guides (4).

Remove the lifting device (2) from the cylinder head (1).
