 Warning

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.
Do not pour transmission oil into beverage bottles.

Clean around oil drain plug (3) and covers (8)

 Prevent dirt particles from entering automatic transmission during oil change. Drain oil in hot state (70 °C to 90 °C).

Remove oil drain plug (3)

 Allow automatic transmission oil to drain completely. Check drained oil for contamination due to impurities, water, or metal particles

If there is any water signal, check heat exchanger for leaking. The presence of metal particles indicate damage, the automatic transmission should be removed for inspection and repair.



Repair damages and have a separated billing.

Remove screws (9) and remove covers (8) together with oil filters (4)

 Be careful when removing oil filters (4), as there will be still a considerable oil volume in their interior.

Replace sealing rings (5) and (6) on both covers (8) and grease them with automatic transmission oil

Install covers (8) with new oil filters (4) and tighten the screws (9)

Install oil drain screw (3)

 Replace the sealing ring.

Position the guide funnel in the automatic transmission oil filler pipe (2) fitting

Fill up with automatic transmission oil

Starting engine

 Maintain idle speed.

Select all transmission positions

 Activate service brake. Maintain selector lever for a few seconds on each position, then back to position “N” (neutral).

Check oil level on automatic transmission display

Restart filter and oil change on the automatic transmission display
