If an actuator is not working properly, even though no leakage is detected, check line concerned for kinks and blockage

Testing

Complete system, testing pneumatics, RHR



1. Disconnect pneumatic line for retractable rear head restraints, rear/RHR connection or RTR/RHR connection on pneumatic system equipment.

2. Connect tester with plug 202 805 03 44 to socket which was disconnected.

3. Disconnect remote trunk release pneumatic line at T-piece and seal T-piece

1. Remove retractable head restraints actuator

2. Connect tester for vacuum and pressure systems to actuator pneumatic connection.

Connect tester to one end of pneumatic line with plug part no. 202 805 03 44 and seal other ends with sealing plug part no. 124 805 02 44
