Disconnect connector (2) from FM/AM amplifier (A2/18) and left rear glass breakage sensor (B39) or right rear glass breakage sensor (B39/1) and fasten to side window (3) with adhesive tape.

 Connector (2) on FM/AM connector (A2/18) only on left side window (3).

Remove molding from bottom of side window (3)

Remove all spacers from welding pins

Cut out side window (3) with Roll Out 2004 window removal tool

Remove protective foil from rubber spacers

Apply adhesive material

Install side window ( 3) within 10 minutes before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.

Install side window (3)

 Open a side window in the vehicle to prevent the side window (3) from being pressed outward by air pressure when the door is closed

 Helper required.Die The waiting time (time before vehicle can be driven) is approx. 1 h calculated from the time the window is installed.

Install trim frame at bottom of side window (3)

Connect connector (2) to FM/AM connector (A2/18) and left rear glass breakage sensor and right rear glass breakage sensor on side window (3).

 Connector (2) on FM/AM connector (A2/18) only on left side window (3).
