Remove nuts (1).

Remove cover (2).

 To do this, actuate the catch hook (3).

Release and disconnect electrical connectors (4, 5).

Remove line (6).


Immediately close openings. Dirt must not be allowed to find its way into the EATS.
Malfunctions may occur otherwise.

 To do this, actuate the locks (7).

Remove the pump module (8).

 Installation:
The lock (12) must fit in the notch (13).
Otherwise, correct installation of the pump module (8) is not guaranteed.

 To do this, attach the  claw wrench (9) to the locking ring (10) as shown.
Turn locking ring (10) counterclockwise.

 Installation: Replace the sealing ring (11).
Turn locking ring (10) clockwise until the lock (14) is positioned as shown.

Install in the reverse order.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
