1 Inner engine cover

1 | Remove inner engine cover (1) | ||
2 | Remove air cleaner housing | ||
3 | Remove charge air pipe (7) | ||
4 | Remove corrugated pipe (2) of exhaust gas recirculation | ||
5 | Remove oil filler pipe (6) | ||
6 | Detach crankcase ventilation at cylinder head cover | ||
7 | Unscrew bolts (3) of cylinder head cover | The cylinder head cover is attached with self-tapping bolts. | |

8 | Lift off cylinder head cover (4) together with gasket (5) | Inspect gasket for damage, replace if necessary. Clean sealing surfaces. | |
Installation: Pay attention to correct installation of gasket. | |||
9 | Install in the reverse order |
