Remove rear mounting support (1) from frame.

 The front mounting support (14) remains in the vehicle.

Attach new mounting console (2) to frame   .

Attach carrier (3) to new muffler (4)  .

 For better handling and for subsequent installation, position muffler (4) on, for  example, a hand carriage (5) or similar.

Position clamp (8) at inlet of muffler (4).

Attach holder (9) at top at muffler (4).

Attach tailpipe (6) at exhaust outlet with clamp (7)  .

Attach holder (5) of tailpipe (6) to muffler (4).

Attach muffler (4) to front mounting support (14) that remained in vehicle   .

Attach holder (9), together with shim plate (10), onto mounting support (2)  .

Attach heat shield (11) to exhaust tailpipe (6).

 The heat shield (11) must be painted beforehand in the following color: Code 6431, designation: bronze green, dull matt.

Attach heat shields (12) and (13) to muffler (4).

 The heat shields (12, 13) must be painted beforehand in the following color: Code 6431, designation: bronze green, dull matt.
