Because of a production deviation, the marking (arrow B) on the bearing axis (2) may be incorrectly drilled (picture F1).
Therefore, before installation of the bearing axis (2), check the position of the marking (arrow B) relative to the oil hole (arrow A) (picture F1 and picture R1).
- Bearing axis (2) with incorrectly drilled marking (arrow B in picture F1) may be reinstalled so that the marking (arrow B) of the bearing axis (2) is on the bar (arrow D) of the transfer case (1) (picture F2).
- Bearing axis (2) with correctly drilled marking (arrow B in the picture R1) must be installed so that the two markings (arrows B in picture R2) line up.
