Remove/install

Remove ignition key from ignition lock

Remove entrance paneling

Disconnect electrical coupling (2) from sensor (1)

Remove screws (3)

Remove sensor

Installation: The direction arrow on the sensor must point outwards.

Install in the reverse order

Connect diagnostic system and perform quick test

8

Read out fault memory of airbag (AB) system and delete fault memory
