Unlock left head restraint guide (1) and right head restraint guide (2) at the catch lugs (3)

Pulling hook

Pull left head restraint guide (1) and right head restraint guide (2) up and out

Installation: Pay attention to installation position of left head restraint guide (1) and right head restraint guide (2).
