1 Plug connector

N100 Fire extinguishing system control unit

Remove/install

Disconnect ground line from battery (G1) with battery main switch (S25/20)

See Operator's Manual

Open flap on additional battery paneling (G1/3)

In load compartment on right side.

Disconnect connector (1) from fire extinguishing system control unit (N100)

Unscrew and remove fire extinguishing system control unit (N100) from rear wall

Install in the reverse order

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read out DTC memory and erase if required

DTC's may be stored as a result of interrupted electrical connectors, simulation during removal and installation work or during test work. It is necessary to read these out and erase them with the STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system.

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
